“Does Bob refund excess word count purchased?”

For units as small as per word or per second, Bob does not.

The final work product will always be near to the purchased word count as to make any remaining word difference negligible. It’s up to the buyer to determine how much real estate they want to fill up with Bob’s writing for their project.

For larger units, such as per page, Bob will gladly offer a refund where the buyer bears the burden of processing fees. This is a case of partial refund initiated by the customer.

Again, Bob will fill out whatever you purchase.
