Schedule an appointment

The Indie Office is currently accepting play patients. Please fill out the form on behalf of your patient to schedule an appointment with the Doctor. There are two services available:

  1. Diagnosis - A review of a patient’s play script health, from structure to story. Available internationally.

  2. Surgery - A review of a patient’s live performance, with more emphasis on the live experience from actors to staging. Available only in Chicago.
