“What is the Right Writes Guarantee™?”
The Right Writes Guarantee™ is Mr. Bohemian’s secure proposal within The Writer Client Contract of customer satisfaction, or else the customer will receive a complete refund, including processing fees. The Guarantee also includes unlimited revisions until the customer receives the Right Writes. It’s Bob’s eCommerce back rub for the buyer: Don’t worry about project quality.
Every processed order on The Stuff will receive a Squarespace third-party invoice and copy of The Writer Client Contract they necessarily signed.
The contract is binding for both parties. The enforceable customer satisfaction protocols can be found in section 6.2, The Right Writes Guarantee™ of The Writer Client Contract.
If you’re a dissatisfied customer, you can simply contact Bob. No need to drag him into small claims court. He cares about your satisfaction. The WCC promises Bob at least two revisions after a full-refund claim to remedy the alleged errors.
Filing a Right Writes Guarantee™ Claim
Pursuant to the criteria listed in section 6.2 of the WCC, you must qualify your claim with the following:
How is Bob essentially misaligned from the Content Criteria you submitted, and Bob agreed-to?
What is the substantial reason you are dissatisfied?
*Note, to protect Bob’s remote work, he will flesh out any pretenses used for free labor.
